Credit Cards

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. D&G Industries, LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions

These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not.

If you changed your mind and decide you don't want any of these products, you may return any unopened product within 30 days of purchase. Once your return has been received a refund for the product only will be issued. Shipping is not refundable. If you used the Free shipping option, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please include the original packing slip or your receipt , or a copy, indicating you want a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Fulfillment errors may be returned or exchanged if unopened.

Per FDA regulations, these products are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any diseases or medical problems. No refunds will be given if you tried the product and you felt it didn't work for you. Or if taking them resulted in  a cleansing reaction which made you feel sick. This may happen in very toxic individuals.

Cancelled Orders

Most orders ship within 24 hours so if you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, y
ou agree to contact us through the contact form on this website before the order has been shipped. Orders ship by 10.30am MST. D & G Industries will then cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the cancellation is late and the order has already shipped, you can either refuse the package at delivery or mail it back to the return address. Once we receive the package, a refund will be issued for product only, we do not refund our shipping costs. If you used free shipping at checkout, our shipping costs will subtracted from your refund.


By choosing NOT to insure my package at checkout, I understand that D&G Industries, LLC is NOT responsible for any loss or damage to the package or its contents incurred during shipping.

Shipping Policy

Most orders will ship the next business day by USPS, provided the product ordered is in stock. All orders will have a tracking # so you can track the progress. If your package appears to be lost, or the tracking shows that it is not moving and it does not arrive in the usual ship time, we must wait 15 days before we can file an insurance claim with USPS. However, I have seen packages all of sudden show up around 20 days. Delays or mistakes by our fellow humans at USPS are not the responsibility of D&G Industries, LLC, therefore we will not send you a new bottle during the wait. USPS Priority and Express mail provide insurance on your package, while First Class mail does not. If you used First Class mail at checkout and your package is lost by USPS, D&G Industries, LLC will not issue you a refund or a replacement but will file a lost mail claim on your behalf with USPS.

USPS claims Express mail takes 1 to 3 days, Priority mail 2 to 4 and First Class mail 2 to 7 days. However, they do not guarantee these ship times, only Express is guaranteed. If USPS fails to get your Express package to you as quick as they claim, D&G Industries, LLC is not responsible and will not issue you a refund, but will file a claim for you with USPS.

Whenever possible, orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped by uninsured First Class mail. You will have the option to use Priority or Express shipping at checkout.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

Packages valued at $400.00 or more will have to be signed for.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. It is strongly recommended in the summer time that you use Priority mail because it is faster than First Class. Our probiotics are not shipped on ice but are very heat tolerant and over formulated. Testing shows very little if any loss of potency when using Priority mail shipping.

International Shipments

I use the U.S. Postal Service for International shipments.

Express and Priority Mail packages are insured up to $200.00 and tracking numbers are provided for you to track the package. First Class mail does not provide any insurance and is not eligible for a USPS postal search if they are lost, use at your own risk. USPS will deliver the package to your countries customs department and upon customs clearance, delivery service is taken over by your countries postal system. Some countries will notify you that the package has customs or vat taxes that need to be collected before you can take delivery. Upon delivery, the package is scanned and the tracking information will show delivered.

USPS claims Express mail takes 3 to 5 days, Priority mail 6 to 10 and First Class mail can take up to 3 weeks. However, they do not guarantee these ship times.  Express delivery times are guaranteed in select countries. Due to the nature of these products, I DO NOT recommend First Class mail.

You are responsible for your countries customs fees, duties, sales and/or vat taxes.

Currently, the UK collects a 19.6% VAT tax. Canada collects an 8% Sales Tax, and Australia collects a 10% Sales tax. You will have to pay these fees to your country when you pick up your order. I am not sure what other countries rates are but I would plan accordingly. Some country postal systems also get an additional fee for delivery, these fees are your responsibility.

If your Express or Priority mail package becomes lost or damaged after your countries customs service or postal service takes over, D & G Industries, LLC is not responsible and will not issue you a refund. After 30 days of the initial mailing, we will file an insurance claim on your behalf and USPS will notify your countries postal system so they can perform a missing mail search, this process can take an additional 3 weeks. Or you can contact your countries customs service or postal system and have them do a search for you. D & G Industries, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged First Class mail packages, and unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for you should this occur. We are not responsible if you give us the wrong ship to address.

If you wish to place an order to a country that is not listed, please contact me and let me know what you want and I will give you a shipping quote and total price. If you wish to proceed, I will send you an invoice by email or activate that country in the drop down field. Please make sure that your country will allow these products to be imported.

I cannot ship to Spain or South Africa.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, D&G Industries, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. D&G Industries, LLC shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, D&G Industries, LLC will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price
