Suggested Use:
For maximum effects take 2 capsules of Biofase and 1 capsule of Floraphage at least 1 hour before breakfast and at bedtime. Take 2 capsules Microfase 30 minutes after Biofase in the morning and 30 minutes before dinner. You can always start at lower doses if needed and work up as you are able.
